Participants examined two items on the agenda which analysts say are important for the welfare of the enterprise
CNIC Head Office in Douala played host to an Extra Ordinary General Assembly meeting on February 15, 2017. The meeting that was presided over by Mr. Louis Claude Nyassa had two items on the agenda:
- Adoption of the harmonized articles of association vis-à-vis the OHADA laws relating to commercial enterprises and cooperatives;
- Power for publicity modalities.
