It was under the leadership of Transport Minister Jean Ernest Masséna Ngallé Bibehe. It is an event that brings together the various players in the maritime sector. This umpteenth edition revolved around workshops to reflect on the scourges that undermine the sector and exhibitions.

The CNIC delegation was headed by the Deputy Managing Director Roland Maxime Aka'a Ndi'i accompanied by the technical advisor Jean Alain Dorier. They were assisted by a team from the Communication and Public Relations Unit and another one from the Commercial Department.
