The rig that belongs to Borr drilling arrived on Sunday, December 3, 2019. It is expected to be in Limbe for some weeks.
On hand to welcome Mr Shaun Reay, Offshore Installation Manager, OIM and a crew member of 33 was a delegation from the Transit and Agency Department led by Mr Dorier Alain Charles (Marketing and Operations Manager), officials of the ministry of transport (marine marchande), customs administrators from Bota and phytosanitory inspectors from PAD.
While in Limbe, Mr Shaun shall benefit from the services of the Transit and Agency staff, notably in the domains of restoration, logistics, immigration etc. It should be noted that the choice of the Shipyard for starking is not by chance. This is an area that host one of the barracks of the Rapid Intervention Battalion, (BIR) so, security is optimal. Frigg has come to join some other vessels that are in Limbe for either starking or repairs.
