For five hours, Board members deliberated on eight items, including the closure of the 2018 finance accounts, the preparation of the dossier for the Ordinary General Assembly, etc. The session that began at 10 a.m was attended by Etoundi Biloa Linda, Enow Marguerite, Hortense Asin Abisone, Libock Serge Alain, MoukokoNjoh Charles, Ndegue Bernard, Nguijol Bea Joseph Roger, all shareholders of the various corporations. Other participants included, Mr Kooh II Charles and Mr Andre Mang CNIC’s external auditors, representing HLB ACP Central Africa cabinet. A four-member delegation from the Supreme State Audit also attended the meeting.
