The 155 Board meeting of the Cameroon Shipyard and Industrial Engineering CNIC, took place in Akwa Palace Hotel Douala on December 06, 2023. The Board Chair, Louis Claude Nyassa presided over the meeeting.
The General Manager Mr Roland Maxime Aka’a Ndi’i presented the agenda of the day which included the validation of the minutes of the 154th board session, the report of the 2022 account, adoption of the 2022 programme activities examine and adoption of the 2023 budget, among others.
