Cameroon Shipyard and Industrial Engineering Ltd otherwise known by it’s french acronym as CNIC held its 154th Board session, November 21, 2023 at Akwa Palace, Douala. Presided over by Louis Claude Nyassa, Board Members validated the minutes of the 153rd session, examined the state of the execution of the 152 and 153 sessions, closure of the 2021 accounts on December 31, the preparation of dossier and convocation for the mixed General Assembly.
