Akwa Palace Hotel played host to two important meetings organised by Cameroon Shipyard and Industrial Engineering Ltd on December 7, 2023 at 10 AM. The first meeting was the Ordinary General Assembly, where a general and special report of the external auditor was presented, while in the extraordinary assembly, a report of the Board on the prospects of the company was presented to enable the assembly take an informed decision about future exploitation.
